For accounting practices

A practice platform, and a filing portal in your name.

ERAG Accounting runs your practice — clients, engagements, documents, deadlines, books and billing — and gives your clients a self-service filing portal branded entirely as yours. Both surfaces, one record, your EFIN, your Stripe, your name on everything a client sees.

The engine has been filing returns direct to consumers for a season. That is how we know it is right — and it is the part of this you get without paying to discover it.

What you get

Two surfaces over one set of records.

Surface one

The practice desk

Where your team works. Every client sealed in their own document namespace, engagements that walk intake → documents → preparation → review → filed, a checklist that chases itself, deadlines for all fifty states, time and billing, and the books.

  • Baxter reads every client document and drafts the return package
  • Bank feeds, QuickBooks and Gusto pull the year in for you
  • Official IRS forms filled from the figures, not retyped
  • Audit reports, notice intake and response letters drafted
Surface two

Your filing portal

Where your clients work — under your name, your logo and your colour, on your domain. The simple returns you currently turn away file themselves, and land in your practice desk as real client records with documents attached.

  • Photograph a W-2 and every box fills in
  • Live refund figure from the published IRS tables, not an estimate
  • Complete-check, audit-risk report and a deduction finder
  • English, Spanish and French

Why firms take it

The capacity problem, not the software problem.

The returns you turn away, profitably

Every firm has a floor — below it, a return costs more in preparer hours than it bills. The portal serves that segment at your price with no preparer hours in it, and the ones who outgrow it are already your clients, in your system, with their documents on file.

It is your brand, not ours

Your name in the wordmark, your logo, your colour through the whole interface, your legal footer, your support address, your domain. There is no mention of the platform anywhere your client can see — that is what white-label means and we hold to it literally.

One record, both surfaces

A portal filer is a client in your practice desk from the first save: same document library, same engagement, same deadlines. No import, no reconciliation, no second system that drifts from the first.

Maths you can defend

Deterministic and pinned by tests to hand-worked examples. Every table cites the revenue procedure or the section of law it comes from, and that citation prints on the client's return package.

AI that reads, and cites

It extracts figures from documents and proposes them for a human to accept; it never writes to a return on its own. The second-read review cites the document behind every finding, and a finding it cannot cite is discarded before anyone sees it.

Your rails, our billing

Your Plaid app links their banks. Your EFIN and your e-file settings transmit. We collect from your clients and pay you the balance, so the one thing you never have to build is billing.

Economics

You set the price. We charge per filed return. You keep the difference.

You set the price

Your own card, per return type, in firm settings. Your clients see your prices and nothing else.

We collect, we pay you

Your client pays us. We keep the filing fee and remit the balance to you — you never touch a card, a chargeback, or a second ledger to reconcile.

$89 a filing, or $69 prepaid

Pay as you file, or buy filings up front in blocks of 25 at $69 each.

A filing is a return transmitted or finalised for download

Not a return in progress, not an extension — and never a re-transmit after an IRS rejection. You do not pay twice to fix a rejection.

Free stays free

Price a return at zero and there is no filing fee on it either. A free tier on your portal costs you nothing.

Your margin is on the screen

Firm settings shows your price, the filing fee and the payout, live — and flags a price set below the fee before you save it, rather than letting you find out later.

Prepaid blocks and season terms come with the demo. Everything above is the standard deal and it is the same for every practice.

Getting started

Branded and live inside a week.

Demo

We walk both surfaces with your own return types and quote your volume.

Brand it

Name, logo, colour, legal footer and support address — in firm settings, not a ticket.

Point a domain

Your subdomain in front of the portal, TLS included.

Connect your rails

Your payout account, your Plaid app, your EFIN and e-file settings.

See it with your own returns

Bring a return type you handle a lot of. We will run it through both surfaces on the call, show you the portal under your name, and quote your season volume.
