Build the category for trusted enterprise AI.
ERAG puts grounded, cited, access-controlled AI on a company's own documents. We're expanding across the US with regional leaders and the engineers who make every deployment a reference. Get in at the ground floor.
How compensation works
ERAG is an early-stage startup, so we reward the people who build it with us. For your first year, these roles are commission-based — your commission percentage is set by your experience and track record. After one year, we add a base salary on top of your commission. Every role also includes stock options, so you own a real piece of what you build. Approved travel & expenses (T&E) are covered. You get ground-floor ownership of a fast-growing category and uncapped upside as your region grows.
